I was completely blown away by this massive quilt over 6 meters long and 2 meters high (24 feet x 6 feet) it was the individual blocks were made by 178 quilters from all over the Czech Republic and then finished by only 6 women from the Ostrava Quilting Bee lead by Mrs Dana Brezinova
The sheer scale of it was amazing I cannot imagine how much it weighs!
the quilt is now in the Guinness Book of World Records!

I saw this at the NEC and it is beautiful. I could have spent hours looking at all the unique details hidden within the blocks. It really is a most impressive and stunning quilt. It is impossible to capture via photos how vast it is.
